Pilates changed my life and I want to share it with you!

​After practicing Pilates independently with books and videos for years, I finally decided to take a private session at 37. After the first session, I felt amazing! I loved the graceful fluid moves of the method. I found having an instructor tell me how to execute each exercise correctly was worth every penny. I signed up for classes after two private sessions and was attending class twice a week. Soon my low back pain was gone, I was sleeping better, and I noticed I felt stronger when riding my bike or doing other activities. Within a year, the studio owner asked if I would like to teach, and I jumped at the opportunity. I signed up and completed the Body Arts and Science International (BASI) comprehensive teacher training in 2012. 
Pilates has changed my life. It has given me a renewed energy, introduced me to a beautiful community, and has proven that aging doesn't have to lead to pain.
